Gary L. Voigt, President

As Owner and President of G.L. Voigt Development Co., Mr. Voigt has more than 30 years of construction and development experience across the spectrum of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate development. Mr. Voigt has built his reputation as one of the premier design-build and lease-back developers in Idaho, developing and owning multiple projects throughout the state, including several projects which included out-of-state recruitment efforts with local and regional economic development agencies. In addition to his extensive background and experience in real estate, Mr. Voigt also possesses broad entrepreneurial and management experience as evidenced by his portfolio of manufacturing and marketing enterprises. Mr. Voigt is also actively involved in community development and local business growth.

Eric C. Guanell, Vice President

As a Partner and Vice President of G.L. Voigt Development Co., Mr. Guanell has managed the development and construction of the firm’s projects for more than 13 years. Mr. Guanell’s involvement includes all facets of the development process including, but not limited to, land acquisition, project management, leasing and financing. In addition to his broad real estate development background, Mr. Guanell also benefits from an extensive commercial banking and business management background and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (ASU).
