Education Research Center (ERC) – The ERC project is located in northern Idaho Falls at East River Road and University Boulevard.  The development is proximate to several Idaho National Laboratory (INL) buildings and the Idaho Falls campus of Idaho State University.

Snake River Landing-Bldg K – Snake River Landing is a mixed use development totaling more than 400 acres on the west bank of the Snake River.  It is located in southeastern Idaho Falls.  Anticipated uses within the project will be primarily Class A office, retail, commercial, and residential.  A medical campus, recreation center, and convention/cultural center are also planned.

Building K, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, features Class A Office space and benefits from frontage along the Snake River. Multiple suite configurations are still available ranging in size from approximately 1,600 to 11,000 square feet.  Office build-out can be customized to meet the tenant’s needs.
